The hotel is beautiful even though it’s a bit worn. The staff is 5-star though. Totally professional yet personable people who actually go out of their way to be helpful. The hotel also has a fabulous breakfast and very generous sized rooms.

I haven’t started yet, you’re mistaken. Just wait, I’m about to begin again. Listen carefully: translate everything into English while I speak in Russian. Now, listen to me: I stayed at your hotel for three days, planning to relax with my wife, but I was placed next to some people—there were six of them—and they were up until four in the morning, making noise and not letting us sleep properly. I complained and called the reception, and they said they would fix it, but nothing was done. They never called back, and the noise continued, so we couldn’t rest well. The next day, I spoke with the reception again, and they changed our room, which was much better. The first room was very bad, and there… Everything was clean and tidy there, but it was very noisy. Therefore, when I called the reception at night, they didn’t respond quickly. So I would like to say that the night shift reception staff should be more vigilant and do their job well.

The hotel is only okay. Staff was friendly during our stay but the property is very dated with old TV (who still uses pay per play?), old gym equipment, no USB-C ports. The walls are extremely thin — we were pretty disturbed by our loud neighbor. Pool is really not in a good condition at all, murky water, stains near the pool area etc.

The front desk agent was very professional and efficient. She got me registered well under ten minutes and shared information about the hotel’s amenities & complimentary meals. The agent also accommodated my request to stay on a lower level floor. The room was clean and close to the elevators. The bed was very comfortable!
