Main lobby was nice and staff were very friendly and it was a good breakfast. But room was dated and in poor condition. Ottoman and sofa cushions were tattered and dirty. Furniture was broken in places. Tiles loose in the shower. Likely would not stay again.

Incorrect room given at check-in. Correct room did not have clean flooring/carpeting. The sofa bed had a stain on the mattress. Refrigerator was not cold. Property from previous renters were present (indicating inappropriate cleaning). When called for additional towels from the front desk, they were not delivered after i called a second time to the front desk the next morning.

The pool was not open when I even called prior to make sure it would be open. The breakfast bands that we were supposed to get were not offered at check in. We really only went for the pool so that was super disappointing!

The lobby and the entire hotel smelled horrible. The sofa sleeper in the living room was filthy. The shower soaked the entire floor. I would not recommend to anyone the rolm smelled bad as well.
