The staff is phenomenal. They let us check in early for no extra charge. I do think they used too many chemicals when cleaning. The beds were okay. I didn't like that the bed was kind of a long walk to the bathroom in the middle of the night. It made it hard for me to be well rested. They should move the bed closer to the bathroom. Not bad though overall.

It was clean which was great, and mostly quiet. Had to wait a few minutes for someone to be at the front desk but I did arrive late in the evening so I understand why that may be. Stayed in a 2 queen room and one bed was soft as mush (in a bad way) while the other extremely firm (not in a bad way necessarily, if you like a firmer mattress) which was odd. I stayed here because my flight got canceled last minute and all the hotels near the airport were full or wildly expensive, and this was not that far and quite a good deal, I would definitely stay here again in a similar situation.
