Aside from the cockroach in the bathroom, the room was fine. Decent amount of space and the beds were comfortable. It was also quiet throughout our stay. We were there four nights and a note in the bathroom said housekeeping service had to be requested, which I find ridiculous. It also said there would be full housekeeping service after the 3rd night. We came back to our room that evening and there had been no service. We had to empty our own trash and go get more towels and toilet paper. That’s terrible service overall and such an inconvenience. Honestly, it’s a deal breaker for me. I would choose a different hotel in this area in the future. We paid for service we didn’t receive.
Got to the room and everything was good until we got into the room. You could tell the sheets were not clean there was stains all over them. The pillows were so thin so if you HAVE to stay here and it’s your absolute LAST resort bring your own. Our key card deactivated numerous time so we kept having to ask for new ones almost every single day. Parking was an absolute nightmare. Got to the hotel one night and there was no parking. The breakfast was the only ok thing. Still the food was pretty gross and the biscuits they had were as hard as a rock. Do not recommend. Stay literally anywhere else
This hotel is in need of updates. We found the beds/furniture to be uncomfortable, showers had poor pressure, and the curtains in our room were stained with what appeared to be blood. This hotel is not in a walkable area.
Beds were full size and not queen sized and uncomfortable, pillows didn’t feel normal sized either, water pressure in shower was low, trash in room from prior guest, hallway smelled of pot, room not well insulated as you could hear everything from hallway and other room next door.
This is a clean and affordable stay for the area. The building is outdated– for example there's a tub shower... not a walk-in. The pool room didn't look inviting, but I saw people using it. Our room wasn't clean upon arrival, but was upgraded with no hesitation. A bell for front desk would be helpful as there wasn't always a receptionist.

When first getting there to check in the lady was very rude. Her name started with an E the next day. I came downstairs and asked for towels and face towels and she said OK we left for the day came back late that night and we still had no towels and stuff in our room so I called down there and she got really smart about the whole situation. I did not know they didn’t deliver them to the room. She should’ve told me that and she didn’t. so when I got off the phone, I end up having to go down to the front desk and get some the next day. We need toilet paper and it was like a problem for her to get us some toilet paper and again I didn’t know that they didn’t bring toilet paper to your room. Either every time I ask her for something she was very smart mouth rude disrespectful if anything our bathroom sink state stopped up the whole time and I did tell them about it. Their breakfast had scrambled eggs and biscuits. That’s it no meat at all so my stay there was I’m not satisfied.
The customer service was fine. Stayed in on thr second floor. The room smelled like cigarette smoke soon as I walked in, the curtains were filthy, the bathroom had black stuff on the floor, water was coming out of the faucet like where the sink handle is at (meaning water getting on the sink counter),water pressure in the shower was weak. Carpet wasnt clean. Checked in Tuesday night and left Thursday morning. Housekeeping did not come in the room to clean or even provide new towels. The stay was OK. You get what you pay for! I would only stay here again if major changes were made.
