Cannot fault the attention to detail and the great service at Apex City of Bath. Loved our room with balcony. If we’d wanted fresh milk we could have ordered it. Lovely touches like a lavender pillow mist and lip balm. Every member of staff we interacted with was friendly, helpful and made sure we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool and facilities are wonderfully relaxing and definitely worth making time for.

This was the first time that we have used the Z hotels and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The room is only as wide as the length of the double bed, however the design of the facilities was excellent and the shower room was so well laid out it was better than some larger hotel bathrooms. We would stay again.

A nice, clean, comfortable room. Excellent shower. Very easy check in and out. Large car park (check hours, but free at weekends) with Ionity EV chargers.

Another fabulous stay thank you! This hotel is really convenient for us when we visit Bristol with lots of options for parking close by. There's a great bar and food menu too, and the staff are really nice. See you again soon!

Our stay at the Clayton Hotel was extremely pleasant. The staff at reception kindly checked us in an hour before the actual check-in time, and we also received a discount on parking from the hotel. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable, we couldn't ask for more. Thank you Clayton Hotel!
