Book Britannia Hotels Cardiff accommodation

The hotel itself is fantastic. The rooms were hot, even though the air con was on and the bathrooms were even hotter! Really clean and staff are good, but the rooms are a bit dated.

Booked for a girls night away. We had a fab time, hotel was lovely, staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were great for us girls to all get ready together and breakfast the next morning was fab. Would have been nice to be able to use the spa facilities while staying but it was so expensive to book that separate to booking the rooms.

Very close to centre

Lovely staff and good bed. Only snag was no water in the room but this was easily purchased from the bar.

Very friendly staff, excellent customer service. Went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Given the size of the hotel, there was a decent amount of variety. Room was of good size. One downside, although there were lifts we had to use stairs to get to our room on the mezzanine floor. As we were travelling as a family with a child in a pram this became a little difficult.

stayed here as a stop over for the night before going into rest of Wales from England. Great hotel for a stop, clean and easy check-in, no complaints.
