Very friendly welcome, the reception team were great and a shout out to Joey who went over and above to make my stay pleasurable. I was visiting family so didn’t use the food and beverage options. I will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, spacious room with comfy beddings and good room amenities. It was not thoroughly cleaned unfortunately - found a french fry and potato crumbs by the armchair - yikes. Love the location - the Cardiff Castle is just across the road and can be seen from my room windows. For that, I rate my stay excellent!

We had a very good stay, the hotel is opposite Cardiff castle. The room number 106 really pleasantly surprised us it was massive containing a very good sized bathroom. Breakfast was also spot on, staff were also very attentive when required.

good but can do better

did enjoy visit, staff friendly bedroom better then expected only thing, breakfast can do better instead of putting all the hot food out in one go, make as required .eggs, bacon. Hard and dry, apart from that will use again
