My husband and I had a wonderful three day stay at the Future Inn. The staff were so friendly and always on hand if you need anything. We had the suite and it was great, we have stayed in this suite a few times in the past and cant fault it. We will sure stay there again in the future.

Really friendly staff. Easy check in. Close to amenities. Clean throughout though some signs of updating needed. Room was really warm and air con would only go to 19 degrees and traffic noise was too much to leave the window open. Also the light from the corridor comes into the room which we blocked out with the bedding and the doors are surprisingly "slammy" but the parking and location was spot on for us.

First time staying at future inns we were pleasantly surprised. From check in to check out the service was excellent 👌👌 located close to city center with other amenities within walking distance. The staff were pleasant and very helpful always going the extra mile to help. Plenty of parking for free and several EV chargers at low cost. The restaurant food was exceptional and portions were very good. Excellent value for money. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Great break

We were actually surprised at how good this hotel is, considering how little they charge. Check-in was friendly and efficient. We were given a free option to stay an extra hour in the morning and to keep the car parked till 2, which was a massive help. The room was really big, even with 2 double beds. The beds were comfortable. There are plenty of pillows. Nice big, clean bathroom. Drinking water is available from a machine. The hotel was busy, but we had a very restful and quiet night. My only criticism is that for an "accessible" hotel, a walk-in shower would be good. And more disabled spaces in the car park.

We paid £30 for an extra bed as I couldn't make it due to being in an accident so another Parent was bringing my son to race at the White Water Centre. when we got to the hotel you refused the bed, complete RIP OFF - disgusting!!!!
