It is a good place for a business trip , affordable and with good WiFi , on the downside they charge for everything and I mean everything, no customary water bottle at rooms, extra card key for a fee, cleaning only once a week , for toilet paper you have to ask at the reception. Etc good place to stay on business not good for traveling with family.

Everything is great. the room is spacious and very clean. The staff is very nice. The only thing I want to mention is that the staff does speak a word of English. I don't get it they are so close to the airport and the airport is full of Americans and they can't speak a word of English.

The property is still giving one key for the stay, despite of having booking with 2 or more people, one day I forgot the key on the room and the front desk agent instead of giving me another key, he told me that I should not forget my key and I need to have it with me, I told him they should not limit to one the number on keys given and he was even more rude to me asking me to complain if I want with the management. I stay 2 times a month on this property, and my main concern is only the one key given, sometimes I travel with family and is really annoying to have my wife with toddlers going down to open doors for me. I have to inform about this and about the lack of service on the agent that I always have issue with, he does not have sense of service as always says “no” or give laim excuses to deny my requests. I will need to keep posting negative surveys at least until the key issue is fixed and the property at least for me set a note on my guest profile, to give me two keys upon check-in, without request needed from me, as this situation always ruins my entire and all stays, as this issue has not yet been addressed by the hotel management.
