Bowery accommodation with pool

It was clean

The a/c was not working in the room and had to call maintenance to fix. The TV was not connected, so maintenance connected it while they were there fixing a/c. Water damage in bathroom and tiles missing. Shower handle broken, but I was able to get hot water. Hotel bed frame dusty/dirty. Hotel does not have restaurant or bar. It has a Mexican restaurant entrance on second floor. Lobby staff could not print out my bill until I checked out. I was charged more than what I booked on Expedia. Overall the hotel needs renovation, and I have no reason to stay there again.

Great location but too old needs some update

Quiet and cozy. Staff were all helpful

Has nothing "resort" about it and also got charged 500$ "smoking fee" and neither of me or my girl smoke so they are a bunch of scammers
