The room was clean and comfortable but very dated. We choose to include breakfast with our reservation and no regrets. There was a great selection that was always fresh and refilled. The guest service staff were friendly. The Concierge staff were superb, very knowledgeable, helpful and available.

This was my 2nd time staying here & once again - I absolutely love this place. The location is fabulous, a 7 min walk to Kings Cross, food galore of all kinds within a 4 min walking distance, 2 pubs across the street to choose from - just everything you need. Point A is my favorite hotel brand in England & In Ireland & I truly will not stay anywhere else. If you're traveling with a friend, husband, child - it's perfect. The only downfall is that's it, 2 people. I so wish they had a few choices for 3 people room's.

The queen delux studio for 4 is only good for 4 if you are a couple with very small children. There’s no room for 4 full grown people plus luggage in these tiny rooms. The photos on Expedia give views of different rooms which is confusing. It’s one queen bed, one small uncomfortable sofa bed with very little clearance all round for luggage and , well for people. The sofa bed had no view of the small pull out tv, so this was really just a cramped crash pad for the night and is the lowest priced room at the hotel for good reason. We paid $324 for one night in march. , The hotel however is very nice and clean, the location is great, close to theaters, walking to covent garden. If you are a family traveling peak season I would go a couple tube stops further out to get better value unless you have cash to burn.
