Compare Cheap Hotels in Blue Ridge Mountains

I would highly recommend doing more research on all they have to offer. I feel we missed out on some really great things just because I didn’t fully look into it. That was of my own fault. The kids loved the pool. We have done said we will definitely be back so they can enjoy the outside one as well. We went during off season. Everyone was very inviting and friendly.

The rooms are a little outdated. What they did over in our bathroom, ie the tile shower, there was still grout smeared on the floors and this isn’t recent. Parking expensive and not included in your hotel fees. Restaurants including the market place store very expensive. The views are incredible, the staff very friendly and there’s a lot of history in this old hotel. Worth at least one visit

I have stayed here on several occasions and I have always been impressed with the staff and the cleanliness of the Lodge, the pool, hot tub, and lazy river are my favorite parts.

I was pleasantly surprised. It was a last minute booking for a place to stay before check in our cabin the next day and honestly I would have enjoyed staying there the entire time instead of the cabin. The pool and hot tub were indoors and were open 24 hours. They had a movie night and popcorn for the families until 10 PM. It was really nice. It was comfy and cozy in the entrance and complementary breakfast. I really enjoyed our short day and the next time I’m there I will definitely be coming to stay again.

I loved the views from the hotel and the fact that it was close to downtown.
