The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The room we were in was on the first floor, but it was still very quiet. Our room was very spacious! Bedding was very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here.

Stayed in a suite for 6 people. Only 2 tiny trash cans in the room. The queen beds were okay. Probably mattress in a box. They sit on a foundation with sharp corners that can easily trip you. Otherwise, room was large and comfortable.

We stayed in room 200, It was clean and very comfortable. The room had plenty of towels for both of us too. The Hot tub stayed packed full of children, so we were sadly not able to use it. We were really looking forward to it too.

Staff was so friendly! The Lodge was really clean and there is lots to do! Our dogs had a plenty of space to walk. Our kids loved the activities! We can't wait to come back!

I loved how laidback the environment was and how it is a truly family friendly resort. No one bats an eye as kids are running around having the time of their lives in the arcade or being maniacs in the pool. There’s lots of space to sit and eat and drink around the pool while they play which is lovely. My only gripe is that when we checked in, we were given “goodies” to use during our stay. They were vouchers for coupons and tickets (for off site attractions) that we were told could be redeemed at the concierge desk. We had planned a whole portion of one of our days around the discounts only to find out that the concierge wouldn’t be on property until nearly noon and that no one else could redeem them for us. That left a very bad taste in my mouth. Then we went to the mercantile store with one of the coupons for half off a specialty coffee only to be told they didn’t even have the fancy coffee machine anymore and only had basic hotel coffee on offer. Why give the coupon and disappoint your guests?! I know this is a small thing- and the resort is great- I just felt lied to and disappointed right at the end of our stay and had us leaving on a negative note.

Family trip

Check in and room was great. Have stayed here before with family without problem. Only issue we had was a very rude bartender by the pool. While family was swimming went to get beverages. Kept overlooking me to get people drinks with free drink tickets then finally they asked what I need first thing I asked if they offer non alcoholic beer for myself she immediately got an attitude and said no , so ordered two sprites and an alcoholic drink for the wife. She says I need your id . Well I’m by the pool no wallet and gonna use room charge. I’m almost 50 and watched atleast 8 people get served ahead of me no id and half my age, And she refused service and walked off mumbling under her breath . Beyond that nice stay but put a bad taste in my mouth rest of weekend.
