The location is walkable from the Phayathai BTS station. The room was spacious and clean. Make sure to bring your own toothbrush because they do not provide it. The staff are prompt in attending to your requests or concerns. Breakfast is okay, but they do not serve hot water or perhaps they just had difficulty communicating in English language. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. We were supposed to extend. Initially, we were charged 1200Baht but when I was about to finalize, they suddenly told us that it's 1300Baht. Thus, we did not opt to extend.

Lovely hotel, especially for the rating/price. Friendly staff. More modern/stylish interior than expected! Location is convenient- close to BTS and local mall including a cinema, with great street food stalls every night. Really easy to travel to main shopping areas in the center of the city and pretty much anywhere else via train, but the party area requires wrangling a bus (a fun adventure!) as it isn’t serviced by the BTS.

Close to public transport, for airport connections Phaya Thai, otherwise I was using Victory Monument. Have breakfast few times at Oasis Coffee, good place and 24hours open! Hotel looks good, nothing to complain, my room was on the 4th floor with little view of the skytrain from my small balcony. Looked everything new. On my last day in Bangkok I was bit overwhelmed from the city and I found the room very relaxing!

Disappointed with staff emergency response

Location is just 5-7 mins walk to Phaya Thai BTS station and around 15-20 mins walk to Pratunam. If you are taking a taxi or Grab you have to advise them the actual street name and that street is just one way. Room is spacious but the closet is very small and open. One thing I didn’t like during my stay is their service. I had an ankle injury one evening and needed cold compress. I asked for an ice pack or ice at least but was told to buy it from the nearest 7-11 which is about 3-5 mins away as they don’t have any. I was disappointed with how the staff response to their guest emergency situation.

An excellent base to explore Bangkok! The room was spacious and exceptionally clean. We needed help with a few things (taxi bookings, weighing luggage, printing visas) and the staff were very helpful. The hotel was also only a short walk from two BTS stations, so travel to other parts of the city were easy.

Having stayed with at least 5 other properties over the last two weeks priced at a similar pricepoint: I prefered this one the most. The staff was friendly and I felt understood when just chatting with them. They seemed overprotective policy-wise, requiring a 1000baht deposit for the room but it was ultimately fine. The areas that I'd improve which detracted from what would have been a perfect rating: the breakfast buffet seemed kinda lackluster for the price. It needed more selection. Second, like several other properties I have stayed at, the shower does not drain properly, so after about 30 seconds, I'm standing in a puddle, which I don't like. I would stay here again despite these issues.

The only downside about this property: it is located in a dark and sticky alley with some dirty water that street food vendors dumped. And it's a busy alley with a lot of traffic at shooting speed. Very scary when you walk.

One of Bangkok's best kept secrets. Literally! While located within walking distance of Victory Monument (easy bus to Don Meuang airport) as well as the train to the other, main airport, it is hidden on a tiny back street with no signs or indications. I had a terrible time finding it. Otherwise, I had agreat stay -- quite, comfortable, near shops and restaurants. A great place. Other than its hidden location, it is a very fine place to stay.

This property has been recently renovated and was very comfortable. It is good value for the cost. The hotel requires a 1000 baht deposit, even if you prepay for the room. The deposit was returned promptly upon check out, after room inspection. I would stay here again. It is within walking distance to the Airport Rail Link and to the BTS, Phayathai stop.
