Room issues: the shower leaked into the bathroom because the door seal didn’t work at all. This meant the floor was very wet and we had to use all the towels to dry it The bathroom needs hooks for towels / robes - there is nowhere to hang them

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Stayed in the family suite, unbelievable views and great room set up for a family. Gym great, pools great, staff are so helpful. Amazing area for being n the river but walking distance to Chinatown or Songwat. Enjoyed quiet peaceful neighborhood walks in the morning. 100% would stay here again.

Have stayed in this hotel several times. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It was great to have a large bath and the room was spotless although it felt a little dated and having no safe is now very strange.Wonderful breakfast and swimming pools great.

Checking in was fast and easy. The room has a balcony on Bourbon Street... I wish it wasn't rainy. DESIRE's 4-6p Happy Hour offered a Dozen Oysters for just $18. Slurp, Chug, Walk. Highly Recommend, Especially for the Location!
