I was charged an extra $50 for adding my 9 years old daughter to the room on Expedia and when came over and requested a bed for her they told me it is another $45/50. It was almost the same as booking two rooms. I guess welcome to the Carleton, the hotel that wants to squeeze every dime from you. I stayed at several 5 stares hotel in Bangkok and all the extra rollaway beds were included in the extra charge. Customer service average at the check in. However the cleaner did a fantastic job. If u have kids, stay at Easton hotel much better without all the extra fees and an amazing pool

Amazing hotel, staff were so friendly/helpful, food was great, the Pool and members lounge were fantastic! The rooftop bar had a great vibe, the room was stunning with amazing views, I can’t recommend this hotel enough! Great stay and will visit again.

Very nice hotel, rooms were clean and our house keeper was exceptional. Her little gestures really went a long way to warm our hearts. I don’t know who she is but am very grateful for him or her. The only down side is that breakfast was not included and it was an additional charge. Overall very good location
