Dear Lebua team.
Our trip was meant to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary with a revisit to Koh Samui and an exhibition in Bangkok, staying at the Lebua Hotel. However, my wife suffered a serious back injury while riding a motorbike, and we checked into Lebua under difficult circumstances. The check-in process was exceptionally comfortable, allowing us to sit in the lobby instead of standing at a desk, and we greatly appreciated the room upgrade.
Unfortunately, my wife’s condition worsened, prompting us to cancel the rest of our plans and reschedule our flight for the following day. The front desk initially informed us that a refund was not possible since we booked through a travel agency. However, the next day, Front Office Manager Ms. Thanyamon Songmuaeng called to check on my wife and generously arranged a refund. She also had room service deliver food since my wife couldn’t walk.
During checkout, the hotel provided a wheelchair, making our departure much smoother. At the airport, Mr. Ronnie from Lebua was already waiting with another wheelchair, ensuring a seamless check-in process. Upon returning to Korea, my wife received emergency medical care and is now recovering.
I am deeply grateful to Lebua Hotel, Ms. Tanya, and Mr. Ronnie for their kindness. I sincerely hope to meet them again on my next visit to Bangkok. Wishing them good health always!
