Pool was a bit too cold, but rest of facility was fantastic. Rose at Customer Service counter - always helpful and friendly. Close walking to river boats. Good pickup spot for Grab transportation. Excellent breakfast buffet at a reasonable price.

Everything is fine with the rooms, the service and the cleaning, but if they would make the a la carte restaurant more quality, I think they could get more hotel guests to stay and eat in the hotel

The hotel is medium size, which I prefer, modern and well maintained. The location is excellent with both the restaurant and the pool just a couple of meters from the river with a splendid city view. The only weak point was the breakfast. I was lacking bacon which is very important! The bread supplied was reasonable but given the much better bread available almost everywhere in Bangkok this could be improved. The coffee mashines were ridicolously slow. A clear source for irritation among many guests.

Room very small for a couple and bathroom and shower in particular too small. The room does not sound proof sufficiently for dogs barking. With a pet friendly policy the rooms shoukd be soundproofed. Staff polite and courteous.

Good location, clean, ample rooms albeit small bathrooms (you need to step out to change your mind). The surrounding area is not a visitor’s hot spot, but easy to walk or take a ride elsewhere. Mostly, but not always, pleasant and helpful staff.
