Room and hotel are dated . Beds lumpy . Deposit on check in is a pain . Cash or credit card for deposit not debit card. When you check out you have to wait like a naughty school boy for someone to check the room . Breakfast good

They have upgraded many facilities at the hotel with more to come. Service is excellent & efficient. The hotel location is extremely convenient. Coco Walk is a very fashionable dining location just opposite the hotel. Bangkok's premier fashion shopping mall is within walking distance (15 mins)

Probably wouldn’t stay here again. There’s only 2 outlets in the room and 1 of them didn’t work. The shampoo and soap they give you isn’t even enough for 1 night with 2 people. They also don’t give you a clothes iron. I think it’s to make you pay for the laundry service since we had another Bangkok hotel nearby that let us use one. The closet can’t even be called a closet. There’s no way you could hang up clothes in there. It barely qualifies as a cabinet. Service was bad, they didn’t even orient us to anything at check-in. Not even sure why they require a 1,000 baht room deposit given the hotel’s dated rooms. Only plus side is location to metro.

We arrived too early in the morning, so we were not allowed check-in. We notified the bell service that our luggage would arrive later due to airline delay, and we would return at normal check-in time. When we returned at check-in time, we learned the bell service reported to the baggage courier service that we were not checked-in, and therefore our luggage was not delivered. Complete mishandling by the bell service, when they should have reported that we already arrived. Instead, our luggage was not delivered until almost 9pm. We had 2 stays in a 10-day period. During the 1st stay, the hotel put a hold on my CC for deposit, which is normal. The hold was immediately released when we checked out after the 1st stay. For the 2nd stay, they said using a CC for deposit would mean a 45-day wait for the returned deposit. I explained that we just had a previous stay and the hold was immediately released. They insisted it was 45 days, so we just used cash, which we did get back at check-out. It was only 2000 baht per room, but it was still an inconvenience and inconsistency in handling a deposit. The rooms are old and outdated. Best as we tried to stay tidy, bathroom floor always had a small amount of standing water around the corner drain after showering or using the sink. Could never see where it came from. Location to BTS and hotel breakfast buffet was the only good part. Lobby is nice and big, but don’t try to eat or drink there because they don’t allow it.

It was ok. My first impression was not great. It had a smell to the lobby like mold or wet rug and my room was pretty outdated and old looking. My bathroom had a few hairs in it as well. On the positive side, The breakfast was good and had a large selection of food. The breakfast room was updated and clean. The location was close to be able to walk to many restaurants and bars etc. this was my first time in Bangkok so I have nothing else to compare it to so keep that in mind.

We arrived too early in the morning for normal check-in; no problem. We told the front desk that our luggage was arriving late from the airport because it missed the connecting flight, which they passed us onto the baggage concierge, where we gave them info about our luggage situation. We returned in the afternoon at check-in time, but luggage did not arrived. When we called airport baggage service, we were told our luggage was not delivered because the hotel did not confirm we were guests because we had not checked in. But we couldn’t check in when we first arrived because it was too early. Complete mishandling by hotel when all they had to confirm was we were checking in that day.

Stay was comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean. Easy accessible to public transportation, staff assists with taxi, and to grab pick up location. Downsides to our room: there were only 2 outlets in the room and lights were dim.
