Wonderful hotel and location The staff were beyond excellent…from the concierge to reception to pool guys to restaurant workers. James at the door was always helpful and smiling Diesel was lovely too Unfortunately we don’t remember everyone else’s names but EVERYONE made our trip special and memorable. The breakfast was lovely and vegan and vegetarian food was clearly displayed. The room was neat and clean Excellent stay

The stay at Chatrium was excellent. We had a 2 bedroom suite with river view. Beds were comfortable, rooms were nice and big, very clean. The showers had good water pressure and hot water. Tje staff were exceptional. From check in to dining, they welxomed you and made you feel at home. This will definitely be my go to hotel whenever I'm in Bangkok.

Amazing! The hotel offers breathtaking views of the city that made our stay unforgettable. The rooms were spacious, stylish and comfortable, with floor-to-ceiling windows to fully enjoy the stunning city. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a seamless and relaxing experience. They really went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. Located on the river, it was the perfect base for exploring the city while enjoying a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. We will come back!

We booked 2 rooms for this stay and also being a returning customer i was not expecting this. One of the rooms was ready whilst mine had to wait for more than 2 hours to check in. The rooms are great though. It is huge and although not adjoining it was "connected" by the balcony. The breakfast spread is great. Better than the previous stay. We thought the ferry to Icon Siam is complimentary but was told that we had to pay a fee to bring us over to Icon Siam. Anyway, the stay is as always, very pleasant. I would be going back to stay even with these little set-backs. Location of the hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of Sukhumvit although you can get connected via the BTS Thanksin Station.

Wonderful hotel

Second time staying at the Chatrium, another excellent experience. Upgraded upon arrival due to Hotel.com status, superb suite on upper floors. Bags taken to room from taxi and shown around suite by staff. Attention to detail is noticeable in all aspects. Fabulous pool overlooking river, wonderful shower and bed quality, slept well. Air conditioning great, also WiFi. Breakfast buffet can be busy but plenty of options, freshly made food of good quality. Often see Hotel manager observing which is reassuring. 7eleven five mins walk, laundry service at end of road which is cheap and they’ll deliver your clothes back to hotel. Shuttle boat to Taksin pier and onto Icon Siam. I find the chatrium a tranquil, enjoyable stay just far enough from the noise of central bangkok. Plenty of food options in walking distance but a ten min walk if you don’t take river shuttle to catch transit. Taxis cheap and Uber always available. Staff are happy and professional, always happy to help. Looking forward to a longer stay next time. Fabulous value for what I paid.

Great place to stay in Bangkok!

The Chatrium Riverside was amazing! The Staff was great! Always willing to help with any need! The breakfast was 5 star, catered to many different types of cultures! The staff in the Club Lounge were very nice and friendly! I would definitely recommend this Hotel if staying in Bangkok and we will definitely stay here again!
