Overall service was great. Room was stocked with snacks and mini fridge replenished daily. Location is a bit far from the BTS, but there is a shuttle from the hotel. At night, it could get a bit loud because the neighbouring area has a good night life Overall, would stay again. Smooth check in and check out process.

It was our first time staying here, 5 nights, wow, very impressive on many levels… great view of the city looking east across Thong Lo Rd on the 23rd floor, big room, comfortable bed, hot showers, secure elevators, clean refreshing pool, good gym facility, friendly helpful staff (currency swaps)… but most impressive is the breakfast buffet, they have it all, including unlimited barista drinks, we took advantage of that, and the free shuttle every 20 minutes to the Thing Lor BTS Sky Train is useful. There are many great restaurants (Hishou at hotel nikko) and a few trendy nightclubs in the area, plus hair salons. My wife and her sister loved their 210 minute spa treatment package at Let’s Relax on floor 5, definitely schedule something, it’s first class. Book with confidence!

This hotel is very well designed and it is easy to navigate. The staff were friendly & efficient and there was an excellent choice of culinary fayre. I recommend this hotel based on the aforementioned, alongside the spa and leisure facilities. NB. they don't sell alcohol.

Eventually we got a room that smelt ok, I was very appreciative of the gentleman who called the front desk for us when we were unhappy with the smoke smell in the room. The next room smelt like fish noted by the gentleman also. Then the next room was overwhelming musty. The last room thank goodness was good. However the fridge didn’t work twice and needed replacing. They promtly both times replaced the fridge. The staff are exceptional service and welcoming one of the main reasons we love to stay at grande centre point hotels. The location is also fantastic at Sukhumvit unfortunately we were too unwell to enjoy it. The rooms are very beautiful and set out well.
