Location was really farther than anticipated to downtown areas. This is the Old Siam area. The gym does not open till 8 which is major inconvenience since we should be eating before breakfast closes and by the time you go to the gym, you can't since you're full an it's not advised to go on full stomach and now it's time to start the day with a grab. The ac was at for coolest temp of 25, but it honestly was not working well at all. Hot throughout the 4 day stay. I went to peak at women's showers at gym area. It's old wood doors at showers have utterly decayed. Needs to be closed down for a simple renovation. Breakfast was decent and had many vegetarian options. But the sugar for coffee at the coffee station was merely left open to air in a large open wide bowl with a large spoon. Very poor method as i saw some visitors sneeze openly without proper technique. Can't the hotel provide a large simple sugar container with spout? Front desk did a great job with accommodating people in and out and we were given 10 am check in on day 1 which was a huge help since our 18 hour flight arrived in Bangkok at 6 am that morning.

The location was great. Checking in was great. Once getting settled in I saw a roach; killed it didn’t complain to management. Next there was no hot water in the kitchen or bathroom sinks; this I complained about. The technician came adjusted something under one of the bathroom sinks, then said there is no hot water in the sinks just in the shower. After several hours in the room, more roaches appeared in the living room crawling on the wall, crawling in the bathrooms on the sinks. This made me very angry I called management to demand another room and to tell them about the earlier roach I killed, no hot water, the condition of the furniture and the overall cleanness of the 3 bedroom apartment. We were moved to another floor from 26 to 18. This apartment was in the same condition; no hot water, bad furniture, dirty couch, unclean floors throughout. I would not stay there again and I suggest u find a better hotel. The Prince Palace Hotel needs to be updated with modern furniture, heating system for hot water and better housekeeping

The prince palace hotel is an awesome hotel it’s huge and provides all the amenities one can ask for. However the hotel is a bit outdated but this doesn’t matter as everything is kept well and maintained. The staff do an excellent job at providing great service. The property is located a bit far from everything. For the price and value you can’t beat or find a better offer.

Roaches were in both rooms I purchase. Left immediately after seeing them which didn’t take long. Roach eggs were also found all over the floor. Disgusting. Had us walk to the farthest building possible with my three under three plus luggage just to find out we needed to get out. Unsafe for my children and me. Would not recommend!!!
