This was out third stay at the Park, and it didn’t disappoint. Easy access from the Airport with the shuttle bus, and easy access to down town BKK with the train. They have a great breakfast spread, in a very relaxing location, albeit detached from the hotel. Staff are great.. at times a little difficult to communicate in English with reception staff.

Close to the airport and the shuttle service is very convenient. The hotel is lovely, very clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and professional. I had to take the 6am shuttle so I missed breakfast but was provided a take away breakfast which was not expected. Thank you!!! I will definitely stay here again.

Shuttle not good.

The stay was fine. Close to airport. The transfer from the airport was very disorganised. Many groups all with bookings. The transfer in the morning didn’t work and we had to pay for our own transport. Don’t rely on their transport.

It has a great airport service.. the staff are do take care of you,. The English capability of the front desk staff is at times a challenge. Whereas the restaurant staff ( the ones I dealt with) are more across English…but that aside the breakfast is great, staff are great and location is perfect if you don’t need the hustle of BKK city centre. We managed to get into town during our one day / two nights stay via the Airport Train.Very efficient and good value.
