The room was spacious and nicely designed, with a very large bed and a big bathroom, which was one of the reasons I chose this Premier Junior Suite. There was also a private refrigerator and plenty of complimentary water, which I really appreciated.
However, the biggest downside was that the room had no windows. For a Premier Junior Suite at this price point, this was very disappointing. A windowless room feels more like a bunker, and it made me feel uncomfortable during the stay.
Unfortunately, the bathtub could not really be used. The drain was not sealed properly and the water flow was extremely slow, making it almost impossible to fill the tub. The coffee machine was a nice idea, but the coffee tasted very unpleasant (earthy and sour), so I could not drink it.
The gym was not usable for me due to the lack of air conditioning, and it was far too hot to train. I did not try the pool and sauna anymore because I was already disappointed at that point.
On the positive side, the airport shuttle service worked very well, and the breakfast was excellent. The buffet offered both classic American and Thai options, and everything I tried was fresh and very tasty.
The area around the hotel is not really recommendable, as there is not much nearby. For one night, or if you have a car, it can be fine – but I strongly recommend booking a room with a window. Overall, the room was large, but the lack of daylight significantly reduced the comfort of the stay.
