Spotless rooms, excellent breakfasts, comfortable bed but the stars of the hotel is the staff in the executive lounge! They make all the difference, from staff downstairs being a lot more formal and sterile.

Other than finding 2 cockroaches in the room, and the trouble of shifting rooms on our last night, the hotel stay was great. However, during our checkout, the hotel staff insisted that we ate an item from the minibar which we didn't.

Great stay overall! Location: FANTASTIC -Firstly, it is beside two BTS stations: Victory Monument (this has easier access and is sheltered) and Phaya Thai -One can also access the Airport Rail at Phaya Thai -Nearby 7-11 convenience stores Rooms: COMFORTABLE -Lovely and spacious rooms -Bed and pillows are comfortable -Nice touches that I appreciated: the room temperature/ airconditioning can be fully adjusted! The wardrobe opens both outwards into the room as well as inwards into the bathroom for easy access -One minus point: there were no power points or phone charging points beside the bed (wasn’t an issue for me - it promotes good sleep hygiene anyway) Service: -Friendly and helpful staff. Check-in and check-out were prompt and hassle-free Amenities; -Great buffet breakfast with a wide spread of local as well as international dishes; one would be spoilt for choice! -Gym is well equipped and the pool/ sun deck was big and spacious I think the location and comfort were big plus points here.
