Staff is courteous and considerate, had a short stay so did not need rooms cleaned but they left water and toilet paper outside our door. We felt safe with the security measures and personnel in the building. Room was as pictured and described! I would stay here again.

Staff were very friendly and attentive. They very kindly helped with my washing when the machine needed attention. Very grateful. I would highly recommend the Naga Residence. 15 minute walk to Iconsiam which is a fabulous mall and you can hop on the tourist ferry for a $7 fee all day visiting the amazing temples markets, China Town and much more. As a solo traveler I felt safe and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I used the gym every day which was a bonus. Thankyou for a very enjoyable stay.

The room was huge! Great location just 10 minute walk to Icon Siam. Very shallow soi to main road. Great restaurants both left and right on Main Street. Staff was amazing kind and helpful. All appliances worked flawlessly.
