For the first stay, unfortunately the hotel was too occupied to provide room upgrade. However, we managed to get room upgrade on the second booking. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, they provided luggage storage service for us whilst us travelling around other parts of Thailand. Room is very spacious and clean. The hotel surrounding is more quiet compared to some central areas of Bangkok, but it is very close to MRT station and it was easy for us to get around via public transport.

Wonderful experience!!

I stayed 5nights with a good condition in a room and all around the hotel as well. Breakfast was good as well as go eating outside, especially for the noodle station for me. I will revisit this hotel for my next biz trip and family trip.
