The staff are approachable and attentive to your concerns. Though the room is quite small, but it's OK.. The food is excellent. Just a walking distance to the mall, very accessible. We had a great stay at your hotel 😊

Nice hotel close to Impact Exhibition Centre. I stayed here because I work working in Bangkok and had an early flight from Don Mueang airport. The staff were all amazing! Bar and restaurant were really nice with a good selection of food & drinks. I will stay here again for sure.

I asked the front desk for somebody to come help us with our electrical outlet because we could not plug anything in. Nobody came to help. We had to resort to plug in the coffee maker into the outlet below the safe.

I stayed here for a concert that was happening at Thunderdome nearby. The service during check-in was excellent, staff asked if we were there for the show and knew the band which really made us feel welcome! Loved how the hotel is connected by sky bridge to not just the concert venue but also a mall and the convention centre. The room suited our needs for the short stay and it was a perfectly comfortable night.
