Quite a surprise. We used to stay at the airport Novotel, before it became a run down Hyatt. Thought we would try something different, and it was great! Shuttle from the airport is well organised and leaves on the hour from the airport and leaves on the half hour back to the airport. Our room was spacious and clean (just missing power outlets near the bed) Breakfast was very good, asian in content - but enough choices for the Aussie and the Thai wife to both be happy. Will happily return on our next layover trip through Bangkok.

Everything was perfect: the staff, the cleanliness, the checkin which was super clear. The property has so many advantages: proximity to the airport, shuttle every hour, spa, beautiful swimming pool, fitness center We are not too far from the main road which leads to the airport but no sound from the road Very good bedding So nice staff, good breakfast We really enjoyed our stay and recommend it if you stay next to the airport!!
