Gorgeous black butt timber cladding and polished concrete floors are throughout the property and the luxurious master bedroom and parent's retreat is on the upper level, which is supported by a floating staircase. This space has a dressing room, spacious ensuite and balcony that overlooks a solar-heated pool.
Throughout the house there are a range of modern appliances, a large oven and stone benchtops, suitable for a modern chef.
There is also a study and work area if you still need to work and attached to the property, there is a studio that may be leased separately.
