Five star Service

We were made to feel welcome from the moment we stepped in the door and every little request was responded to. The staff here are really amazing! We had requested a higher level room and away from the construction noise from the building adjoining the property that I had read about. Not only did they respond to our request, but they upgraded us to a two bedroom apartment a bit further away from the building works. Having said that, I must say that the whole time we were there- 3 days- we were not disturbed by construction noise at all! The apartment was nicely furnished, with a very comfortable bed, and spotlessly clean! The apartments are serviced on a daily basis. Museum station is only 5 minutes walk away and Chinatown and Darling Harbour are also within walking distance so there are eating places nearby. We would definitely stay there again.

Very comfortable and luxurious stay in zara tower. Super comfortable bed, modern room design and really great furniture and amenities. The daily cleaning is quick and thorough. Very friendly and helpful staff available 24hrs. I'll always try to stay here when visiting Sydney
