Wonderful property! I booked last minute and the staff was incredibly accommodating and caring. Nice rooms, restaurant and amenities. I was able to book a spa appointment fairly last minute. A little pricey, but overall exactly what I needed!

Loved that we were right on the golf course!

AMAZING!

I've been staying here since it was 3 palms, never a problem. It is getting dated- paint the pots by the pool that hold plants and trees, fix the pool up where its starting to cumble under the walkway and fix the hot tub, get that outdoor bar going again for guests, play some music at the pool even if its an XM radio app etc some noise of music would help ALOT! get someone with a net to gather all the leaves and debris out of pool daily. Get someone to power wash the sidewalks and stairs they looked dirty and smelled. a little hard work could really bring this place back to life. this place could be SO good- the pool and hot tub are huge and the AC works excellent. rip out all the old carpets and lay down Laminate floors. I would LOVE to own this place, take care and ill be back!!

Very good price! Old style 2 story where you park in front of your door. Rooms have been updated and were clean and comfortable.
