Much better experience this go around, which is probably related to a better room without the noise of the rooftop lounge over you, as well as we had working water facets and a shower that was hot. Good stay this time.
I love the Rise and Lylo. Always a great
Stay. Very clean. Love the pool.

They charged a fee for parking and a resort fee. Parking should be included!!! It’s not really a resort, more of a motel with a pool and a bar (no brand name drinks/no frozen drinks)!!! Not really a bad place to stay just could use a little sprucing up!!!
I want to come back when it’s not so hot to explore the neighborhood and enjoy the outside. This hotel is super-cute, it feels like you stepped back into a 1960’s resort in Palm Springs.
The Air conditioning stopped working, and my room was so hot. Luckily they switched rooms, to a similar room, and we finished our stay. My issues were the ac and that when I did get moved it was to third floor. With no elevator it’s quite the haul.
Like an oasis tucked away in the heart of Phoenix. Comfortable, updated room. That said, the gem of this hotel is the staff. Every person I've interacted with, is helpful and attentive.
The check in process was ridiculous, I was told I needed to put a credit card on file with my name not my husband even though he was staying with me. I was not given a bottle of wine I had to ask for it the next day. The room was not an upgrade even though they had a lot of vacancies. Late check out was not available either. I have come here several times given it’s a staycation spot and I live less than two miles. This was by far the worst due to the front desk.
