Expedia booked this room for me for 3 people even though the staff said it was really only for 2 people. They didn't have a roll-away bed, so one in my party had to sleep on a small couch / chaise lounge. My issue with the staff is that upon checkin, I requested more sheets and pillows. After 3 hours, they didn't show up and I tried to contact the front desk while on and nobody answered the phone. I had to go down to the front desk and then they had housekeeping stop by with the requested items.

Room on the 22nd floor was dirty, looked like it hadnt been used/updated in 20+years. Had to ask/beg for blankets for the bed and couch, only provided sheets, front desk said it was because all rooms were sold out?? Did not get the rollaway requested. Bed/pillows were super hard. Only plus was the location!
