The entire hotel is dark and depressing. Inside and out. Our shower took almost an hour to drain, making back to back showers gross. The slider thing that holds the shower head on the sliding bar was so worn out it would not hold the shower head at all. You had to kneel down to use the shower. Most of the plugs are so old, plugs won’t stay in them. The breakfast buffet, just ok. 115.00 for two. Elevators are slow. No coffee in the room. I could have used a pad and a pen to leave a note for housekeeping. Not so Grand Hyatt

Hotel was very nice and great location. Door man outside were awesome. Market staff was blah. Main reason for not giving 5 stars is I paid for city view room and it really wasn’t and out bathtub was not properly cleaned.

Clean and spacious rooms with a cozy feel and a pleasant scent. The location is perfect, right in the center (it takes 15 min by foot to get to Times Square). Every day you get $15 to spend at the lobby market on water, snacks, sandwiches and more. The only thing I missed were slippers and a bathrobe. The room also has an iron, a safe, shampoo, and shower gel.

There was a roach in the bathroom, the room smelled of some sort of fumes, valet parking made us late for our reservation and the insulation was poor. We had the room up to 89 and was still cold.
