We stayed 3 nights at the hotel. I called in 2 room issues to maintenance when we arrived and neither was addressed. Remote for the TV had several buttons that didn’t work which made using the TV very frustrating. Requested to have it changed and nobody showed up. The safe would not lock and gave me an error code. Somebody from security tried to fix it but could not. He called a second person to complete the job. That person never showed up so we were left without safe.

Housekeeping needs improvement

We arrived prior to check-in time so our room was not ready yet. The lady who checked us in said they would email us or call us when our room was ready but we did not receive a call or email. When we got into our room we had to call the front desk to inform them that the floors in the room were dirty and the couch had a brown stain on it. There were toenails on floor so the floor had obviously not been vacuumed. They sent housekeeping up to clean the floors. On a positive note, the room was larger than expected for a room in nyc and the beds were comfortable.
