The staff are extremely efficient and friendly. They were a definite highlight from the check in experience to this morning’s breakfast. The bed was so comfortable which is so important when traveling. Note- one of the pillowcases had holes in it which I thought was unpleasant. I had to call housekeeping to figure out how the shower worked which I thought was funny. The woman who took my call was extremely pleasant and nice about it. (It wasn’t that hard! lol) All in all, I would return to this property.

There's too much I can say about this place. There are good things about it for sure, like how conveniently located it is (that will come back to bite you, though...) Our stay was not great. I usually love Hyatt's because they have always been solid in my experiences. This one was not. We came for the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade; a dream trip for us. When we booked this place in December last year, it was $1,411. The total at check out ended up being WAY HIGHER. You will get with additional fees you will not believe, including the cleaning fee, which was a joke. We only asked for cleaning twice during our stay, and they never refilled our soaps in the shower, nor did we have hand soap for the sink, and there was strange hair every time everywhere! When we checked in, there were hairs on the bed. Hairs in the shower/tub, hair on the table? There were weird green dots on the mirror that were never wiped away the two times they came and we never figured out what they were. Also weird - no fitted sheets on the bed. Just a loose one underneath the world's thinnest comforter. Worth noting the pillows were not good, either. My neck was so sore when we left this place. We had other issues with our room: it seemed like our some of our lights did not work properly, there was a missing towel holder in our room (so not enough space to hang towels), the shower curtain was so short, it's impossible to not get water on the floor, and the water takes so long to heat up in the shower.
