It's beyond frustrating to wake up in the middle of the night an be unable to find a light switch in the bathroom ( there aren't any, just interior wall mounted strips you have to hunt for in the pitch dark). Never again. A shame. Everything else was fine.

Did not expect a 91.00 Hotel cost when u checked in. Very bad not prepared for that. No water bottles for rooms. Only plastic cups Couldn’t leave your bags without a fee when checking out. Have stayed at many Hyatt’s. This one by far the worst service

First time in NYC and wanted to stay somewhere safe and convenient. The property was beautiful and close to everything. The room was a decent size and overall very comfortable. Only negative was the restroom. It was small and outdated.
