The staff were great the pool being open late was awesome the only downside is you could tell that the building itself was a little older and run down but they did a really good job keeping it clean and the amenities are great the breakfast was great the people were great and it is right next to Busch gardens

It was a decent stay, I stayed for a show at Raymond James stadium, and this hotel was a good 15-20 minute drive. Better priced than the hotels closer. the room was standard but good. The AC worked great, the tv was a little confusing finding channels but it actually had more channels than most hotels I stayed at. I wish the shower had more pressure. I didnt talk to staff much other than check in and check out but it was both easy. Really the only drawback is that theres nothing within walking distance. Theres a Wawa next to it, which was nice for quick drinks and snacks. But youll need to drive to go anywhere else. I would stay here again if Im going to that stadium.

Handicap room was perfect for my wife who just was discharged from TGH ! Spacious room& bath, wood floors ideal for wheelchair. Great mattress & loved sheets !! Staff very friendly & helpful !!

The property had really great ratings with an emphasis on cleanliness and my experience could not have been further from this. When we walked in I sat on the couch and there was old dried food stains all over it. I let the person at the front desk when he came by my room. He told me he would ask someone from housekeeping to come by which never happened. So we just had old drive food like cheese and stuff on the couch the whole time. The towels also had holes in them. One of the wash clothes just literally disintegrated while i was in the shower. I'd never seen anything like it. When we asked for more towels they told us we had to wait until 11am the next day to call down and ask for towels. But the phone didn't work, so not sure how we could do that. They also told us to just check by the pool, which also doesn't have towels. We eventually took the tattered towels down to the front desk to beg for more towels that weren't falling apart. They finally agreed to replace the towels, after a bunch of back and forth. The whole place also smells like old stale cigarette smoke and there are no elevators, which was fine but not ada friendly. We ended up checking out a day early.

Front desk staff were very accommodating. The hotel itself was very clean with a beautiful and relaxing pool area

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
