We booked this property as it was close to Busch Gardens and the hotel offered a shuttle which was great. Complimentary breakfast was provided. Many choices for everyone. Rooms were large, and that was unexpected. We didnt understand the cafe service and didnt use as we were handed a sheet of paper and told everything we need to know is here. So not really explained. A microwave was in the room which was great, but we had no plates to warm up anything, and we didnt find any in the lobby/breakfast area. Overall we had a good stay.

Pictures are deceiving! The hotel/rooms are outdated, smelly, and old. It's about 1 1/2 away from Bush Gardens, 2 1/2 miles from Moffett Cancer Hospital. There is a Wawa and CVS within walking distance. The only healthy option was the fresh fruits at breakfast. Not worth the money and Not staying there again.

This hotel was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. They provided transportation to the parks, which was a definite plus. Our stay was relaxing and we would definitely recommend staying here.

Brejianna was professional, kind, and courteous. I truly appreciate her energy, professionalism, southern hospitality and for exuding knowledge and confidence in her workplace's policies and procedures as well as promoting of rewards program that benefits me the customer. After disembarking from our cruise, we arrived at the hotel before 9am. When I was unsure if we could check in that early, but hoping I could, she immediately offered to store our bags as well as signed me up for a rewards program to which it allowed us to check-in early. Considering our check-in was at 3pm, I was elated! She pointed me to the free breakfast that was still being served and was just a great help with my questions. I am grateful to her as I have NEVER experienced early check-in ever so to Bree, as she referred to herself, THANK YOU!!!!! YOU DESERVE A PROMOTION! Also, the room is nice. Very spacious. Breakfast was delicious as well. Dinner at Yuengling Drafthaus was delicious.

Love how close it is to USF. Love the breakfast hours and variety. The breakfast staff were phenomenal! The check-in staff was great! The room we stayed in was clean. Disappointed that I was not offered a discount for being a USF mom even though they partner with them. It should not matter where you book the reservation from, that discount should always be offered if you are a partner.
