The property appears new and clean. The things that were disappearing were the bath towels were rough, the bed pillows for a king size bed were smaller than a queen pillow, the iron and ironing board were so old. The bed was soft. The breakfast was pretty good. You will have to pay $12.00 a night for parking.

Suite design was nice setup. $18/day parking seemed a bit much since we weren’t utilizing their lot except for the night we were staying. Breakfast area was nice.

The hotel is clean. The breakfast is good, as well. It's convenient for busch gardens but honestly, for the price, I'm not impressed. First, we used the reserve but pay at check in option. I specifically said we were using a different card than that of the reservation, but they still authorized the card I stated I would not use. Sure, they changed it at check in but I'm still sitting with a hold on my card for 333 dollars. Not convenient. I had the money but if I was tight on money, this could ruin a vacation. You have to pay parking separately at check in. It's not much ($12) but it's inconvenient and why charge anything for parking when several others in the area don't? The bathroom was small, the hallway was noisy and we could hear everything all night. The staff was nice. I wouldn't recommend and we won't be back.

Hyatt Place hotels are generally great, this one is badly in need of a re-do. It is run down, the rooms have been abused to the extent that you wonder if it is just used or is it dirty. On a positive note the breakfast is good.

Good value.

Great location. Shuttle to Busch Gardens was convenient. Bree at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Room was spacious! The hotel needs a little work. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable.

Just 1/2 mile from Moffitt. Very large room with sofa as well as beds. Reasonable pricing. Bar and Restaurant on premises. Checked in early and given free parking for the night. Complimentary breakfast and check out at noon!

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Place Busch Gardens and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful during check-in, quickly resolving a booking issue and offering us four days of free parking, which was a nice bonus. Although it was a bit noisy due to a business event in the lobby, they invited us to enjoy some complimentary food, which was perfect after our delayed flight. The room was spacious with double beds, a sofa, microwave, fridge, and two sinks, making it very comfortable. The free breakfast was good, but I wished for a bit more variety during our long weekend stay. The outdoor pool was nice, but the cold weather prevented us from using it. A couple of drawbacks: the bed and pillows were less comfortable than expected, and the fridge froze our food despite adjusting the temperature. Also, the bathroom door lock was loose. Overall, great location near Busch Gardens with convenient highway access, and friendly service made for a solid stay.

Very difficult for gps to find, homeless people on the property, they charged for parking which was ridiculous, elevators barely worked and I feared I would get stuck in one, from doors wouldn’t open, wifi didn’t work.. what a mess. The breakfast was okay. You can do better.

The location was excellent. The personnel was nice. The corridors of the hotel itself smelled really strange. The linen and pillows weren't enjoyable, and the bed wasn't either. The water was fine once it warmed up, however it took a very long time.

Great weekend

My daughter and granddaughter and I stayed there for a girls weekend. Everything was outstanding and we had a great time. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone.
