Waited for a while to have a server attend to us at the pool. When we did get someone’s attention she said someone else would come and no one ever did. “Upgrade” balcony looked over top floor of the garage. Broken balcony door, water did not get hot and sink was making odd plumbing noises. Room service was good and prompt.

It’s a casino! So if you want to gamble - it’s 24 hours. We stayed in the East Tower. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Plenty of restaurants and stores. The pool was relaxing.

We came to the Hard Rock for overnight stay because we were coming to see Darius Rucker. I requested a room with a pool view. I was very disappointed with the view. Picture posted below. Everything else at the hotel was excellent. We hung out at the pool bar, gambled Food was excellent.

The property is nice. The front desk gentleman was cold in demeanor. I booked a view of the pool and was told when I checked in that it would cost me an additional fifty per a night which should have been included in my booking.
