I was initially pleased with the smooth check-in process, but unfortunately the room experience was very disappointing. The room had no table and only one chair — and the desk chair provided was so dirty and uncomfortable that I had to put a towel on it to sit. Because we were two guests, I requested an additional chair, but the hotel had no spares and brought a patio chair from outside instead. Still, there was no proper table to use. The bathroom layout was extremely inconvenient. At night, the bright light made the toilet fully visible from the bed, waking up the other person multiple times and creating unnecessary frustration during our stay. The desk area was very small and the TV was positioned directly above it, which made it impossible for one person to work while the other watched TV — again causing tension and discomfort. Additionally, there was a constant sewer smell coming from the bathroom, which made mornings especially unpleasant. Despite requesting housekeeping during this long stay, only towels were replaced; the bed was never made and sheets were not changed, which was very disappointing. Overall, between the unpleasant odor in the room, the lack of proper furniture, and the unsatisfactory housekeeping service, this stay was far below expectations. I do not plan to stay with this brand again.

If anyone in your party has any kind of chemical sensitivity, stay away. I booked this hotel via a third party website nearly a week in advance . I added a note in the special accommodations. The note stated that my wife has a chemical sensitivity and that it is important that the room does not have any fragrances as it would cause an allergic reaction. After driving all day, we arrive at the hotel on the check-in day. The fragrance from the hotel could be smelled from a good 10 feet away from the door. However, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. After confirming my reservation the staff asked me to have my wife check the room out before checking in. My wife could barely make it into the room before having to run out again. The fragrance was so strong she began to have an immediate reaction causing congestion, nausea, and a migraine. The staff then informed me that they could cancel the reservation, but could not refund the money. At first they claimed that because we used a third party service to book the room that they didn’t know about her special needs. Then they admitted that the information was in fact on the reservation but that the “smell is a normal hotel smell”. My wife has never had to run out of a hotel before this due to her health issue. The hotel had advance notice, yet could not be bothered to notify us that they would be unable to accommodate such a health issue.

This property is clean and well loved by its owners. We’re an older couple and stayed in one of the loft units, which would be great for a family or 2 couples. Unfortunately, we both have artificial knees and had no idea we’d have to climb stairs to get to up to our bed, a bit of a challenge. They are also managing some hot water issues. Knowing the owners it will be taken care of, however keep this in mind when booking off you have mobility issues like us.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean; however the floors need to be worked on, the laminate was lifting in some areas, potential tripping hazard, some stairs to the loft were not as level, another potential hazard. The shower water could be hotter. Overall I love the setup it was very cute. The half bath down stairs was perfect. Made you feel like you were in a home type setting. Honestly wish I stated more than a night. Is definitely on my list of places to stay at again.

Breakfast was barely even continental. Toilet had to be flushed multiple times to empty bowl. The tv turned itself on at any time & had very few non-pay choices. A/C was extremely loud which made sleep difficult. All employees were very friendly would not recommend this location.
