The room smelled of smoke which stated on the site that it’s supposed to a non-smoking place, the beddings had an odor on it. It was only for a night and I am not impressed to return.

The room/studio apartment appeared clean, but the smell of marijuana from the pillows and hair on the blankets was unpleasant. The exterior was clean and organized, and the breakfast served was excellent and varied. The service was basic; they did the job, but politeness isn't a strong point of the guys who work at reception after 8 or 9 pm. In the morning, the woman was very kind and helpful. In short, 3 stars. It would be 5 if the blankets and pillows smelled clean. The smell in the reception area and the hotel hallways is unfortunately quite different from the room.

I was impressed with this hotel. It seemed recently renovated and the beds were very comfortable. The front desk person was very nice and they had a great assortment of beverages and snacks for purchase. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Very close to the Hard Rock Casino.

It was very quiet, clean, and affordable and close to the state fairgrounds, marking it very convenient for our trip to the state fair. Breakfast consisted of just coffee, juice, waffles, toast, and cereal, so they could up their game on that. Otherwise, it's a good place for the price, and I will stay here again when I want to be in this area of Tampa.

The place seemed a bit dirty. I stepped on a roach getting out of the shower. There was a strong odor in the lobby and hallway. I have also been extremely ill since Sunday which was out last day of a 2-day stay.

The air conditioning unit was only on the first level and did not cool the sleeping area on the second floor. At night it was very hot, and it was difficult to rest. Everything else was fine, but this issue seriously affected my experience—especially considering I paid $197 for one night. I believe this should be improved or at least clearly communicated in advance.

Got to hotel for our check-in and mind you I had booked many weeks ago for an overnight stay, the front desk person said they tried calling me multiple times. I looked at my phone to find only one call at 2:19pm with a 4pm check-in and the man informed me they had no rooms available and I also had 2 other sets of friends that booked rooms there after me and one of my friends even got an upgrade. They literally sold my room out from under us and completely ruined the rest of our trip there. They also stated i had rented a handicap room in which nothing on my booking said it was a handicap room. I have notified other parties of this concern as this has never happened to me before. Hopefully they do something to fix this issue! Terrible! forme. Anavailable even though 2 sets of my friends booked well
