Great for the price and closeness to Busch Gardens and Adventure Island. Front desk staff were all wonderful and helpful. Cleaning staff were the sweetest and did a good job. Fellow guests aren't always great (yelling and car horn honking at 5am), but I never felt unsafe. Isnt a bad place at all, especially if youre on a short vacation.

The pool was nice for my son & he really enjoyed that part of the stay. They cleaned rooms everyday. I didnt like how you can see in ppl rooms. I felt uncomfortable anytime someone walked passed and had a creep who was staying in the next room from us.

The hotel is self was okay, the staff were nice just not too helpful. We booked a one night stay for a quick getaway. We got back to our room about 11:20pm by 12am our “neighbor” decided to open and slam their door until about 6am. My husband and I couldn’t sleep at all. We let the staff know and their response was “we will check the cameras” but did nothing to accommodate or help. We went for breakfast at 8 am by 9 am we went back to our room and are keys had been deactivated. Front desk assumed we were ready to check out. Had to remind them the check out was 11 am and we needed to pack up our things from our room.

Didnt really match the pictures the bathroom was a bit small where the door to open it would hit and scrape the toilet. You could see rust in some areas as well as patch work. Wasnt the worst by any means. The arcade also was a bit run down and lacking a at least 2 of the 5 arcade games didnt work and the little quarter machine were in bad shape old rewards and not very much in there. Staff was very nice.

The overall cleanliness of the room was not great. There were live bugs, dirt and hair on the floors and it was very humid in the room even with AC running. The door was also very dirty and didn't close properly.

Floor was not secured and could easily pinch a barefoot.
