As we arrived after a long day of traveling. We got into our room and checked everything out seemed to be ok. But when we got up the next and was looking more we found bugs in the microwave and refrigerator. Hair on the toilet seat and on the bathroom counter. I wish we were not so tired the night before because we would have left.

Great value and a great location

My parents and I booked a suite for an overnight stay after going to Busch gardens. We really enjoyed our stay. I feel that the breakfast could have been a lot better but they had yogurt and the waffle maker was all prepped, and they had toast and boiled eggs. So we couldn't complain too much. It was a great location for driving to Busch gardens. Or parking in ubering is a great option. We would definitely stay here again. It was definitely a little outdated but the cleanliness was evident so I don't mind Nick's and scratches here and there. If the sheets are clean and I always bring shower shoes regardless of where I'm staying, so it's all good. I would stay here again for sure.

I would give this place 0 stars if it wasn’t for the staff. The front desk ladies and the kitchen staff ladies were very nice and accommodating. Everything seemed fine at first, then…. The phone was never hooked up. 2 roaches in my room, and my oldest daughter left with 7 giant bug bites from the adjoining room. We stayed 3 nights and room was only cleaned once. Not enough towels however the front desk did give us more when we asked. Of course we had to walk all the way to the front desk to ask since the phone wasn’t working. Bathroom door work didn’t work. Oh and our key to our rooms didn’t work 3 different times, which prompted multiple walks to the front desk for help. I don’t leave bad reviews, but pretty upset about the bug bites my daughter is suffering from. Hopefully they will see this and the many similar bad reviews and correct it. I d stayed at Laquinta hotels quite often over the past several years with no issues, so was really surprised at the condition of this one.

Ice machine on our level did not work. Our room did not have a refrigerator or coffee maker! I cannot remember when I stayed in a room that did not have a refrigerator and coffee maker, this is standard in any half decent hotel/motel. Well maybe not in Motel Six. Breakfast was poor and same thing each day. We are in Tampa a couple times a year visiting our son. First we have stayed at this motel; seriously doubt we would consider staying here again.

Check-in was smooth and staff welcoming “I appreciate that”. The hotel corridors were dirty, the floor in my room was so dirty that I walked barefoot for a bit and my feet were filthy with dirt. The sheets were ruff - time to replace for new ones. Not much from what it looks in the pictures.

This is fine for a one night stay. Anything more I would pick somewhere else next time. Took 3 days for rooms to be changed out with fresh sheets and towels. If you have an accessible family member pick somewhere else. Only single bed room is accessible and they will not provide a shower chair if u are in a non accessible room setup. Only reason I stayed was price for 5 people in a double room was reasonable compared to others.

Never stay at this hotel

My stay here was horrible had to switch rooms because the previous one was so dirty, hair everywhere looked like drug addicts previously stayed in there as there was burn marks all over the ground and the door was kicked in so it did not close properly everything is run down and beat up my new room was also dirty I would never recommend staying here there's way better places to stay in the area such as other hotels and airbnbs stay away from this hotel
