Not worth the money traffic noise is awful

If you need to get a good night's rest after the theme park and before a long drive this is not the hotel for you. I was looking for something reasonably priced near Busch Gardens before a long drive home the next day and saw many recent good reviews so I thought the hotel would be acceptable. I didn't have a good feeling right away when we arrived as the photos make the hotel look a lot more updated than it is, but just thought "it's a place to sleep tonight that's all we need." The room was OK, not great, but had a very bad musty smell. Thankfully I had Lysol. It may have been fine but after we got back around 8:00p from dinner there was a party going on at the pool with loud music and screaming kids. Our room faced the pool. I did call the front desk about the music at 9:00p and the guests did turn it down but there were still loud kids playing in the pool until 10:00p. After the pool party ended there were loud people in the breezeways all night but the worst was the loud traffic noises from 30th street all night (motorcycles and cars with spoilers speeding down the street, not usual traffic noises at all). Our A/C also started making terrible noises overnight. All of this happened too late to check out and find somewhere else to stay, otherwise we would have. We left at 7:00a and drove four hours on little to no sleep. $180/night is way to much for this hotel regardless of the convenient location next to Busch Gardens.

A/C was loud, had to use earplugs. Toilet took 4-5 minutes to cycle. Small roach in tub. Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful.

Very friendly staff, terrible facility.

This was the bottom of the La Quinta barrel. It felt like a converted Motel 6. Breakfast was awful: broken serving dishes, missing items, terrible coffee machine. Avoid this LQ, there are plenty of others nearby. I went for the lowest price of the brand-name hotels; I got what I paid for. For all the negatives, I will say the staff was exceptionally friendly. They saved this rating.

The front desk staff were the best and housekeeping never missed a beat. I’m a picky eater and although they serve breakfast, there are many food options that are close. For a night out on the town, it felt like everything literally everything was around the corner or down the street.

The bathtubs to slippery, have to use a towel in the floor of the tub to shower, and the one thing that shock us more was the beds they was very comfortable and clean, but tooo small, no queen, they are full, so it is the thing to make me think twice to go back there. in general it is a good hotel for the money. last but no less, the breakfast was good and convenient.
