Book White Meadow Lake hotels

Why the hell would you charge someone extra for parking? The hotel was awesome except for that little detail.

This property was really nice, staff was nice, breakfast was fresh. The only bad thing was that we were not told that there was a daily parking fee until checkout and we were slightly inconvenienced at checkin because we were given the wrong room.

Unclean we had to clean the floor the tv made a piercing sound the sink dripped all night Couldn’t get food the computer didn’t work tub was filthy I couldn’t do my work the internet did not work I paid xtra and still did not work. I will never stay there again It cost 15 dollars to park in a parking lot full of pot holes. Just a bad experience

When we checked in, we discovered we did not get the room we booked on line with Expedia. When we told the front desk, they said they didn’t have to give us that room because we booked through Expedia. Also, we had to wait 2 1/2 hours to get towels. There were crumbs in the pullout sofa. And we were never told that we had to request our room be made up the night before. A very, very disappointing stay. Needless to say, we will never return.

This was a really great experience until a massive leak through the ceiling caused water to pour into our room non-stop and they were unable to fix it. This was on my WEDDING night as well. It damaged some of my personal items including electronics and I have sent multiple emails and left several messages for the GM and have yet to hear back so unfortunately almost a week later so I will not be staying here again. I know accidents happen and some things are beyond the control of the hotel and can just be bad luck - but the handling of the situation and lack of communication since then to compensate for the damage is just ruining the experience even more.
