Book West Henrietta hotels

The hotel keeps charging my card after I’ve already paid. Had to wait a few hour after to get checked in. Rooms were not clean. Did not get what I booked. No clean towels or rags. Toilets were clogged.

One of the receptionists was cool, but the hotel is literally a mess. They say the rooms are non-smoking, yet the first room I got reeked of Marlboro cigarettes — it was like a literal hotbox of smoke. Then the second room I got, because I refused to stay in the first one, was a complete mess. The sheets weren’t even cleaned, and housekeeping clearly doesn’t bother changing them. The comforter had stains, and there were literal cigarette burn marks all over it. That’s honestly so gross and unprofessional. They don’t even bother switching to clean comforters. The beds weren’t even comfortable either. The toilet had a leak as well, and there wasn’t even any hand soap provided. The only nice thing was that there was a hairdryer in the room. I’d honestly suggest spending a little more on other hotels when visiting Rochester instead of this one. I definitely took an L on this booking.

Was a bit of chaos checking in a one a long wait. But the attendant was nice and the property was clean. Good central location.

The hotel was very clean and in a good, safe location. The only thing that stopped me from giving 5 stars is I paid extra for a room that said it had a wetbar and there wasn’t one. I asked the front desk agent and he had no idea what I was talking about. He said they had drinks for sales, that’s it. Very misleading I would’ve gotten the less expensive room.

Good breakfast, convenient parking

The facility looks new from the outside, bed comfortable but carpet dirty, cribs on the floor definitely housekeeping did not vacuum. Requested a blanket we were given a fitted sheet that we had to pick up the front desk as only 1 person is working. Breakfast ok. Music blasting on the floor we stayed into, no one said anything. We will NOT BE BACK .
