The main issue was the lack of communication to enable us to gain access to the accommodation. It was only received a couple of hours prior to arrival and only after we chased it. A number of emails were needed before we eventually got the info needed to access the property. Using the lockbox to obtain the key was also challenging.

I tried to cancel the booking as a family member had a near fatal accident so I clearly didn’t stay at the hotel. Your refusing to cancel and refund means I will never book with Expedia again. You have no heart and no consideration.

The staff was very rude and shown aggressive behaviour with our family. The bathroom was not clean and upon requesting to check the guy started arguing and shown aggressive behaviour with my family. The manger came and cheked the bathroom was smelling, which she cleaned herself and sprayed fragrance. Overall on requesting a towel to the guy he shouted rudely in the lobby, " what? Why? There is already a towel I can see in the chair." We were three of us in the room and I saw only two towels in bathroom and didn't noticed third one was opposite way in the studio at dining chair.

Should have directions for the washer. Also, office hours are only until 5, so make sure you are there. Our room did not lock, so they had to give us a different room. I’m happy staff was still there.

King bed was small, needed updating. Car parking across the road cost $105 but we parked in wrong spot & we’re fined $190 by carpark owner, very expensive for us & the hotel should reimburse us $105 as we didn’t use their specific spots

Wow what a great stay! Really great Communication from day 1. Clear instructions for parking and accessing keys. The room itself was exactly what we needed, it was clean, tidy and modern and nice! Really convenient and great that they took pets. Special touches like having a dog bed, bowl and dog treats! Room was clean and spacious and comfortable. Check-in and out was super easy and I got a call before check in to make sure I had everything we needed. Highly recommend.
