Not only were the rooms kept very clean, but the design, layout and spaciousness are truly top notch. Every staff member responds with a warm greeting that makes you feel as you are in a friend's house, while maintaining absolute proffessionalism.

I love the hotel, the location and the staff very helpful. I want to say thank you to the Front Desk team that help me to check in early with the upgrade available. Chom, Lita and Reef very nice people. Definitely recommend this hotel

Great location, staff were amazing, room was quiet and comfortable.

Ambassador Bird Garden main atrium has no birds. Nearby the swimming pool, for lack of birds, all the big individual cages, except one, had only one bird per cage. The bird exhibit is no longer an attraction, it just reflects lack of interest on the current management, as of April and May of 2026.

The place is very well situated given easy access to get about the staff were very nice and friendly also helpful always with a smile and polite could not actually say anything bad about it wish them the best for the future
