The staff was incredible. Sai was lovely 😍 and her team were super helpful. I asked her for a good rooftop recommendation and she was on point. The hotel was clean and updated with a nice fitness facility and pool area. This hotel is walking distance to whatever you're looking for and has a nice shuttle that can take you to the mall which is very close. I celebrated my birthday there and walked into my room to be surprised with a chocolate cake and birthday card. I WILL STAY there again and would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you NYSA and thank you SAI...

A wonderful stay at Nysa. Staff exceptionally friendly and can’t do enough to make your stay enjoyable. The lobby and restaurants are first class. The room was beautifully appointed with all the luxury amenities provided.very comfortable bed. Had room service quite a few times and staff were wonderful. The area is quiet and you can walk to main streets for bars and restaurants. This is my new place to stay when visiting Bangkok.🙏😊

We had an amazing 10-day stay at Nysa Hotel Bangkok. The hotel was very clean and the staff was super friendly. The location is in a quiet street of sukumvhit 11 and far from the noise of all the bars but still close enough where you can take a 5 min. walk towards all the bar action. Would definitely stay here again.
