Had soo many ants in my bed, when I went to ask for compensation, they completely lied and said there my room was clean, their own workers took pictures of the bed as well. Big liars but the hotel is nice lol

The staff super friendly, the area was good (a really nice mix of old and new bangkok) but pretty lively (would not recommend for a family with kids) but really didn’t like all nasty western men believing it’s their vacation right to buy consent form Thai girls/boys to have sex with them (something you normally don’t see that much of in other parts of Bangkok). Something that really disappointed me was that the hotel charged extra when my husbands mother got nosebleed during the night and accidentally stained the sheets. Never experienced anything like that from a 5 star hotel. It’s a nice hotel and pretty great value in relation to what you pay for, but I’m not so impressed for a 5 star hotel. I rather pay a bit more and stay somewhere else. My least favorite 5 star in Bangkok so far. Would still recommend if you do not want to pay more than what they charge.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The breakfast team at reception was incredibly welcoming and attentive every morning – they really set a positive tone for the day. The breakfast itself was delicious with a great variety of fresh options. The room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and I loved the amazing bathtub for relaxing after a long day. The shower had fantastic water pressure, which was a real treat. The location is perfect too – surrounded by great restaurants within walking distance. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable!
