A stylish spotlessly clean comfortable hotel. Great air con, large beds, lovely room facilities ( except nowhere near a mirror to plug in hairdryer, So i think a man designed the rooms ). Adequate storage, great lighting. Thoughtfull extras, ( toothbrush / razor/ small hairbrush provided). Great free mini bar ( no alcohol). Breakfast very good, fresh , Id suggest another water station at other end of dining room to save queues.

Wow. We’re to start. I’ve stayed at many fine hotels. But this one stands out. First the staff were excellent. They go above and beyond. They bend over backwards to make your stay better. Thank you to especially the boys at their fine pool. They really make you feel special. To management. Who went above and beyond. And to all the rest of the staff.thank you. I would highly recommend the Carlton Bangkok

Gorgeous hotel. Beautiful room. It’s an airport hotel and the pool was better than my pools on the islands. Will definitely recommend for transit through Bangkok. Great job Divalux.

Large clean rooms, suitable for families. We had a connecting room that was even better, given that we were a family of 4 adults. Great breakfast and in room dining quality was excellent.

The room was spotless, and the staff made you feel like you were in heaven

I highly recommend staying here, as it is connected to the transit system, a mall, and easily accessible to everywhere within proximity. If you need to exchange money, you can do it there at the hotel, or there’s plenty of places inside of the mall attached to the hotel, and it is by far one of the most convenient and amongst one of the nicest places to stay!
