Amazing property. We are a family of 5 and had booked for 5 people. The room was only set up for 4. We just had to ask and they immediately rectified. I would highly recommend this hotel for the amazing location, facilities and marble bathroom was a treat. The food was fantastic and reasonably priced. ...
We ate in both nights, But no happy hour? that would be a good sales pitch
The staff were friendly and helpful. The only complaint that I have is in reference to the cleanliness of the shower. There was mould in the drain channel and along the edges of the floor tiles. And in the grout on the wall.
Very quiet, friendly helpful staff. Close to The Rocks and Circular Quay.’
Great location and staff were great. Breakfast was fantastic
The customer service is brilliant, I checked in the midnight. The are excellent. Very polite helpful; ( Dean & the young lady )
We liked the property. Have stayed there previously.
Fantastic service from staff. Very helpful and accommodating with my infant too
The property is unique, they've preserved the exterior and the interior brick and wooden structure of the old wool store. It looks great.
