Book Ward hotels

The rooms are very rundown. Our door was so tight that you had to push really hard to open and close it. The wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom. I grabbed a hand towel to dry my hands and long pieces of black hair fell out. Gross! Plan on walking all the way over to Horseshoe if you want coffee or food. They only have an expensive steak house and a taco stand at Lady Luck, and the hours they are open is minimal. The front desk is only open for a few hours a day, so not much help there. I know the last thing casinos want is for you to stay in your room, but I wasn’t expecting such a rundown room. Also, make sure you put the safety latch on because housekeeping begins knocking on doors around 8am on your check out day. I didn’t get to the door quick enough because I was still sleeping and they tried to come in. Thankfully we had our safety latch on. Check out isn’t until 11am so the fact that they start knocking around 8am was so bizarre and uncomfortable.

Casino vibe was awesome! Hotel is cozy and clean, no microwave though.

Everyone was amazing. The room was very clean amwould stay there again.

The staff was awesome! Rooms extremely clean and neat. Very convenient to Boulder Theatre. Bed was super comfortable.

Great location. Staff was great. Next to us it felt like one of the staff members had friends staying there. We saw the evening desk worker hanging out with them during the evening before his shift. They were loud but quieted down when we contacted the front desk. Other than that, great place, pool is heated and year round so our daughter loved it. Bar is awesome. The game room is also great.

Awesome location by the lake and also saw Elk on our balcony.
