When I booked the expedia site said I wouldn't be charged until I got to the hotel. THen the hotel contacted me and said I'd be charged 2 days in advance. Then the day before they sent me a note to say there would be no water in the hotel or breakfast on the day of my checkout. Couldn't wash my face or brush my teeth before checking out. wasn't the best. The staff were very friendly!

First room had a full ( one end to an other with chips in it!) cracked sink, blood on shower curtain and curtain smelled bad - needed to be changed due to mustiness. 2 small blood spots on top sheet of bed cover at the end of bed, caulking in tub had 2 spots of something red on it?? ( blood?? ) Tub was deeply scratched on 2 larger areas near the sides of tub near drain areas. Very noisy sound coming from the vent of heating - we had to turn off , cold when we slept at night. We spoke to front desk at night about all the problems we saw in first room and eventually next morning , they put us in another room, which was perfect and including heating vent sound was normal ! Unfortunately, the first room should have near been available for a quest … they should fix and clean everything before letting a quest use that room , that is my option. Sorry for being truthful. You should get what you pay for.

I had a great stay at this property after a terrible stay at another property. Kiti (front desk) really helped me out. The room was nicely upgraded, clean, and it was just a great experience. Javier who works in Valet Parking was also great! Definitely coming back.
