The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I cant praise them enough how well they treated us. The location is close to restaurants and Granville island. We would stay here again for the location and the staff.

Check-in & valet parking was quick and easy. Concierge remembered my name every time and gave us complimentary return tickets for the Aquabus. The room was very clean and fully stocked, including complimentary robes. The location of the hotel was very convenient for visiting Granville Island, which is a must see. Valet attendant grabbed our luggage from the car and escorted us to our room. When we checked out, the valet attendant loaded the car. Every staff member was friendly, helpful and attentive. Would definitely stay here again.

Great clean hotel in walkable location

I stayed one night here while in town to attend a concert. The hotel was easily walkable to/from the Yaletown station so I took the train to and from the airport. Round trip will cost you under $12. I was given a room upgrade upon check in to a double queen. The room was quite spacious and very clean. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. The bathroom finishes were nice. I loved the led lit mirror and the L'Occitane toiletries. I especially appreciate a liquid hand soap at a hotel. None of those tiny bars that just end up getting wasted. There is decent coffee in the rooms with a Keurig machine.Within a short walking distance I picked up a pizza and a bottle of wine. I appreciated the proper wine glasses in the room. There is a mini bar but the fridge was quite large so I had room to keep my own beverages cold. Check in/out was quick and convenient. Staff were all very friendly. I did not dine on site so cannot comment on food. My only critiques would be that the hot tub was not available and one elevator was out of service so it could be slow getting to/ from your floor. And although my room was great and had a good view, there was a lot of noise above me when I tried to sleep (around 12:30am). The front desk said it was from the restaurance closing up. Maybe take that into consideration before taking a room on the 8th floor.

The upgrade was a pleasant surprise and the view from our room was interesting. The bed was VERY comfortable; so much so that I plan to contact the hotel to ask what brand/style of mattress they have, as we are in the market for a new one & really liked that one! We enjoyed the rooftop, although I wasn't aware that we should make reservations even if not having a meal (just drinks). Because there was an event using up part of the space, there was limited seating available, so we were seated outside... which would have been more enjoyable if the heater that we were located by wasn't out of order. However, we were provided with blankets, and the staff were as accommodating as they could be. It would be helpful to know about the need for reservations, even just for drinks.

Great location. Room had a very good size and room service with cleaning was excellent. Very friendly staff at the reception with stand out staff member Kiti who organised everything that was needed. We even got a VIP service with our luggage to the train station. The breakfast is good but is a fixed menu with 5 choices and letting gluten free customers down in terms of choices. The nearby road is a problem for noise sensitive customers when located on the lower levels. Again, Kiti was great in helping us out.

This is my second time staying at the Parker hotel and I can confidently say that I would stay again on my next trip to Vancouver. The rates are reasonably priced, the building is outdated but the rooms are renovated and clean, and the staff are very friendly. Both time they were able to check me in early which was much appreciated after a long flight. The hotel is easily accessible by transit and walking distance to Yaletown and Granville island.

We (2 adults and a teen) stayed one night at the Parker Hotel and Rooftop. The roof was lRge, clean and had everything we needed. The staff were very good to us and worked to accomodate our needs. They were able to let us check in early and also upgraded our room- both at no extra charge. We were provided free transportation to the waterfront and our driver, gave us an interesting orientation to the city of Vancouver.
