Room was extremely small, water pressure in the shower was off and on. Pictures online are slightly misleading based on the room assigned to us. Car shuttle was great, convenient and took us anywhere DT Vancouver.

I loved the friendly and attentive staff! Room was very clean. The L'Occitane toiletries in the bathroom are a great bonus. The hotel is in an older building, but the room is kept fairly updated. TV is not the newest and can't do Airplay, which an HDMI cable can take care of. The floor my room is on is likely getting some plumbing repairs as one of the walls in the hallway was torn down, exposing the pipes. As a potential suggestion, covering the big hole on the wall with a drop sheet or tarp may be a good idea when nobody's working on it.
