Nice big 1 bedder suite. Sofa bed was pretty comfortable. Comes with fully equipped kitchen, and very convenient with a supermarket (IGA) just beside the hotel. My kids loved the room. Staff was very pleasant as well. The hotel had 3 Self serve washers (CAD$3) and 3 dryers (CAD$2) which is very convenient for us. Seems to be in pretty high utilisation. I usually used them earlier in the morning which all washers and dryers were available. Hotel location was very convenient in the heart of downtown Vancouver in the shopping district. Metro was well within walking distances and many choices for good food!

Carpets were very gross and sticky. Pillows were terrible. Barely any stuffing. There was a leak in the ceiling above the kitchen sink. It was a slow drip. The walls were kind of dirty and sticky. One of the water hotels water bottles presented on the kitchen table was previously opened and drank out of. One of the elevators didn’t work. The pool was cloudy. Staff was friendly, I’d say average. I’ve stayed here quite a few times and this will be the last. We’ve always liked it but the cleanliness standards and general condition of the property have really dropped in the last 6 months.
