The room was clean and tidy, although I wish we had a view of the kokugikan. The beds were much firmer than we are used to, which was expected as we have stayed at APA hotels before. The spa was nice with many different baths to choose from. We had breakfast at the Veranda once and it was okay, however we definitely found better value & better tasting food elsewhere. The biggest reason why I gave this hotel 4 stars instead of 5 is the elevators. They are super busy at most times, expect long waits to go down to the lobby or up to your floor, and expect to pass by multiple elevators as they will be full when they stop on your floor. One of the biggest annoyances is that the elevator will fill up with people from guest room floors heading to the spa, then on its way back up it will be already full from people leaving the spa and going back to their rooms. So people waiting in the lobby have no choice but to wait even longer for an elevator with space in it.

The hotel was conveniently located across the street from the station and DisneySea. Found the restaurants to be pricey for the offering. Had food delivered. Spent an overnight stay here and was not able to use all of the amenities but the indoor pool and spa were great! Amazing for families, there are a lot of offerings for children.

The stay was excellent. The staff was super nice and the amenities offered were great especially the store which stayed open after the park closed so you can get food since there is nothing close to there. My only issue was the times given for breakfast. I was told I only had 1 option for the second day of my stay but it didn’t open until 7:30 (and that was the time listed in my breakfast ticket) which didn’t work for me because I wanted to get to park early but it turns out it opened at 6:30 so I missed out on a breakfast because of that. Also the dryers werent working properly, and it cost me over 1000 yen to dry less than 1kg.

It was a comfortable stay. I loved that the staff was very accommodating with luggage and the spacious bathroom was a big plus!
