This light-filled open-plan small living area and breakfast nook flow onto the patio, where you can relax and take in the ocean views and watch the surfers below. Great break with family

It was the perfect location for our family holiday. Ocean views and a short walk to north Mollymook beach. We will definitely come back.

Spectacular view but disappointing accommodation

The view was amazing which we enjoyed every day. We were not impressed to discover dishes in the cupboard with dry food on them and greasy. As a result we needed to wash ALL dishes including cups and cutlery to ensure they were clean to use. Other issues were: The toilet was dirty and there were only 2 half rolls of toilet paper provided The shower leaked The spare room only hard one light working which flickered A chair in the games room collapsed when our daughter sat in it. There were tree roots growing from outside into the games room. No coat hangers in either wardrobe

Amazing location and fantastic views

Furniture very old and needs to be updated could be one of the best in the area if the entire place was refurbished. Clean but old and outdated.

Perfect location, underwhelming accomodation

The property is in a great location with a great view. Unfortunately the property itself isn’t well maintained and is in desperate need of some tlc and updated decor. With a few simple improvements, (i.e new lounge, the current one is extremely uncomfortable) this would be a great spot to revisit.
